Looking at the economic picture of Dong Nai province during the 2020-2025 period clearly demonstrates this. Amidst a volatile global economy and increasing competitive pressure, Dong Nai has maintained an impressive growth rate. This growth not only reflects its geographical and economic advantages or the administrative capacity of the local government but also shows the strength of trust and consensus within society. After all, no locality can achieve rapid and sustainable development without the unity of purpose among the Party, government, businesses, and people. The Long Thanh International Airport project, currently the largest strategic infrastructure project in the country, is a vivid testament to the power of unity. Thousands of households accepted relocation and ceded their land for the project not only because of administrative decisions, but more importantly because they understood the significance of the project for the future development of the country and the locality. Achieving this required a persistent process of persuasion, dialogue, listening, and addressing the legitimate rights of the people. When the people are placed at the center of development, listened to, and respected, even difficult issues can be resolved with voluntary consensus. This is a valuable lesson that Dong Nai is demonstrating through practice.
