(NLDO) – According to the announcement, 5 organizations and individuals currently own 1% of Sacombank 's charter capital, including Chairman of the Board of Directors Duong Cong Minh.
On December 4, Sacombank (stock code STB) announced information on shareholders owning 1% or more of charter capital according to the provisions of the Law on Credit Institutions 2024.
Accordingly, there are 5 shareholders owning 1% or more of charter capital, with the total number of shares accounting for 14.2% of the bank's capital, equivalent to more than 267 million shares.
The individual on the list is Mr. Duong Cong Minh, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sacombank, who owns more than 62.5 million STB shares, equivalent to 3.32% of the bank's charter capital. People related to Mr. Minh own 11.86 million shares (0.63% of capital), the total ownership of this related group is 3.95%, equivalent to 74.4 million shares.
Mr. Duong Cong Minh was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sacombank from June 2017.
Regarding institutional shareholders, the entity holding many shares at Sacombank as announced is Pyn Elite Fund, owning 125.9 million STB shares, equivalent to 6.68% of charter capital. This is the largest investment in the portfolio of this foreign fund, accounting for 20% of the total portfolio value. In addition to Sacombank, Pyn Elite Fund also invests in many other banks such as MB, TPBank, VietinBank .
Three other organizations are also on the list of shareholders owning 1% or more of Sacombank's charter capital, including: Tianhong Vietnam Thematic Fund (QDII), SCB Vietnam Alpha Fund Not For Retail Investors and Norges Bank.
Of which, the fund from China, Tianhong Vietnam Thematic Fund, owns 32.25 million shares (1.71% of charter capital). Tianhong Asset Management, a large fund management company in China, operates this fund.
Regarding STB, at the end of the trading session on December 4, Sacombank's stock price was at 32,400 VND, slightly down from the previous session. With the current stock price, Mr. Duong Cong Minh's assets at Sacombank reached more than 2,000 billion VND.
