On the morning of June 1, Vice Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Bui Xuan Cuong chaired the ceremony to award decisions to officials.
At the ceremony, Deputy Director of the City Department of Home Affairs Ngo Thi Hoang Cac announced the decision of the Chairman of the City People's Committee on appointing Mr. Huynh Van Thanh, Chief of Office of the City Department of Natural Resources and Environment, to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment.
The term of office is five years.

Ms. Ngo Thi Hoang Cac also announced the decision to appoint Mr. Bui Anh Huan, Director of the Investment Preparation Board, Urban Railway Management Board, to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Urban Railway Management Board. The term of office is five years.
Speaking at the assignment, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Bui Xuan Cuong congratulated the two officers assigned to new tasks.
Accordingly, the Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee said that the new Deputy Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Huynh Van Thanh, was well-trained and matured from the city's natural resources and environment sector, and has held many different positions at the Department of Natural Resources and Environment. He hopes that Mr. Huynh Van Thanh will continue to work with the Department to successfully complete the assigned tasks.

Mr. Bui Xuan Cuong also acknowledged that the new Deputy Head of the Urban Railway Management Board, Bui Anh Huan, grew up from the grassroots and received thorough training. He hopes that Mr. Huan and the entire Urban Railway Management Board will successfully complete the assigned tasks.
Speaking on accepting the assignment, Mr. Huynh Van Thanh thanked the City Party Committee and People's Committee for trusting him with the task and promised to strive to improve his performance and complete the assigned tasks well.
Mr. Bui Anh Huan pledged to continuously practice ethics and improve professional qualifications to build an increasingly developed unit.
Mr. Huynh Van Thanh, 54 years old, from Dong Thap. Professional qualifications: Master of Public Administration, Civil Engineer, Bachelor of Economics; Advanced Political Theory.
Mr. Bui Anh Huan, 39 years old, from Ho Chi Minh City. Professional qualifications: Master of Urban Transport Development; Senior in Political Theory.
