At the conference, Comrade Trieu Duc Hanh, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Home Affairs announced Decision No. 1779/QD-UBND dated August 20, 2024 of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on appointing Comrade Pham Thanh Binh - Deputy Director of the Department of Finance to hold the position of Director of the Department of Finance; the term of office is 5 years from the date of appointment.
Comrade Pham Dinh Nghi, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, presented the Decision and assigned tasks and congratulated comrade Pham Thanh Binh on being assigned the new task.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested that in his position as Director of the Department of Finance, Comrade Pham Thanh Binh continue to promote his qualities and abilities, constantly train and improve his professional knowledge, skills and management skills, continue to promote the tradition of solidarity and unity among the leadership, cadres, civil servants and public employees of the Department of Finance, proactively and actively coordinate with all levels and sectors to advise the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council and Provincial People's Committee to issue directive documents, mechanisms and policies on the field of Finance - Budget in order to effectively manage and exploit revenue sources, manage State budget expenditures economically and effectively, excellently complete assigned tasks, contributing to the socio -economic development of the province.
In his speech on accepting the new assignment, the new Director of the Department of Finance, Pham Thanh Binh, expressed his honor and gratitude to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the People's Council, and the Provincial People's Committee for their trust in assigning the task and promised that in his new position, he would continuously study, practice, improve his sense of responsibility and working capacity, promote the tradition of solidarity in the agency, continue to build a strong provincial Finance sector, and actively contribute to the overall development of the province.
Comrade Pham Thanh Binh also hopes that in the coming time, he will continue to receive the attention, leadership and direction of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, the coordination of work from all levels, sectors, agencies, units and the support and assistance of the collective leadership, civil servants, public employees and workers of the Department of Finance to successfully complete the assigned tasks.
