SSI Securities Corporation has just announced that Mr. Pham Viet Muon, Independent Member of the Board of Directors, Head of the Audit Committee, registered to exercise his right to purchase shares in the public offering of shares to existing shareholders.

On September 24, SSI closed the list of shareholders entitled to buy shares. Shareholders owning 1 share are entitled to 1 right, shareholders owning 100 rights are entitled to buy 10 shares.

The total number of shares expected after the completion of the offering is 1.961 billion units, including 1.81 billion outstanding shares and an expected 150.9 million shares offered to existing shareholders.

With the number of 471,357 shares he is holding, Mr. Muon has 292,798 purchase rights, equivalent to 39,729 shares. The expected value of the share purchase rights is 589.1 million VND. The exercise period is from October 28 to November 4. After the transaction, Mr. Muon will increase his holding ratio to 510,636 shares, accounting for 0.026%.

According to SSI's introduction, Mr. Muon, a member of the Board of Directors, is also a member of the Board of Directors of PAN Group Corporation (PAN). Mr. Muon has a PhD in Economics , was formerly Deputy Head of the Government Office, and Permanent Deputy Head of the Steering Committee for Enterprise Innovation and Development.

According to the third quarter separate financial report, SSI recorded total revenue and pre-tax profit of VND 1,994 and VND 937 billion, up 5% and 11% respectively over the same period in 2023. SSI estimated consolidated revenue of VND 2,076 billion and pre-tax profit of VND 979 billion.

Accumulated in the first 9 months of the year, the company is estimated to have achieved 6,452 billion VND in total revenue and 2,981 billion VND in pre-tax profit.

As of September 30, the parent company had total assets of VND65,335 billion and equity of nearly VND23,333 billion.
