The training content is designed in a comprehensive and scientific way, combining theory and practice, to fully equip students with the necessary knowledge and skills and is divided into 2 parts. Part 1 is the system of legal policies on occupational safety and hygiene. This part focuses on basic legal knowledge, helping workers grasp: legal documents related to occupational safety and hygiene; regulations, standards, and specific technical regulations for lifting equipment and equipment with strict requirements on occupational safety. Understanding the legal framework not only helps workers comply with regulations but also raises their sense of personal responsibility in ensuring safety. Part 2 focuses on the lifting equipment industry. This is the core part, focusing on knowledge and practical skills.
After the theory part in class, students practice directly with forklifts at the site. This is the step for workers to apply the knowledge they have learned into practice, practice control skills and handle situations under the close guidance of experts. The course ends with a final exam, evaluating the ability of each student.
Organizing training on the operation and use of lifting equipment is not only one of the annual safety activities implemented by the Company, but also demonstrates the strong commitment of PC Khanh Hoa in creating a safe and professional working environment for employees, contributing to ensuring a stable, continuous and safe power supply to serve the needs of socio -economic development in Khanh Hoa province.
