On the morning of October 5th, concluding the regular Government meeting and the online Government-locality conference for September 2025, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh requested the synchronized implementation of tasks and solutions to achieve the goals for 2025 and the entire term, with the spirit of: "Strengthening proactively, striving for success, never abandoning the people, diligently and creatively, achieving high efficiency."
The meeting assessed that the socio -economic situation in Vietnam during September and the first nine months of the year continued its positive trend, achieving many important results in most areas.
Many international organizations continue to give positive assessments of the Government and the Prime Minister 's leadership and management, with the ADB, IMF, and WB recognizing Vietnam as a bright spot in growth amidst global economic instability.
Concluding the conference, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh requested that ministries, sectors, and localities closely follow the Central Committee's directives with the spirit of: "Strengthening efforts proactively, striving for success, remaining close to the people, being diligent, creative, and highly effective."
Based on that, the Prime Minister requested ministries, sectors, and localities to focus on implementing three key initiatives: accelerating disbursement, accelerating the implementation of strategic resolutions, and accelerating the removal of difficulties and obstacles.
The Prime Minister expressed confidence that, with the wise, decisive, and close guidance of the Central Committee, the Politburo, the Secretariat, the General Secretary, and the leaders of the Party and State; and the efforts of ministries, sectors, and localities; the whole country will successfully achieve all targets for 2025 and the entire 5-year period 2021-2025; thereby creating momentum and strength for double-digit growth and rapid, sustainable development in the coming years.
