The remote traffic diversion plan for vehicles traveling on National Highway 32, Ho Bon Commune, Mu Cang Chai District, Yen Bai Province is as follows: Vehicles traveling from Hanoi to Lai Chau should follow National Highway 32 to Km 172 (Ba Khe intersection), turn right onto National Highway 37 towards Yen Bai City, then onto the Noi Bai - Lao Cai Expressway (IC12) to Lao Cai, and then follow National Highway 4D to Lai Chau, and vice versa.

The forecast indicates that scattered showers and thunderstorms will continue in areas of Yen Bai province today.
