Fined 80 million VND for business in Hai Duong that did not comply with suspension

Hai Duong fined the unit for violating fire prevention and fighting regulations.

Specifically, Thanh Tam Steel and Iron Company Limited (headquartered in Pha Lai Ward, Chi Linh City, Hai Duong Province) was fined for failing to comply with the decision to suspend operations in accordance with the provisions of the law on fire prevention and fighting stipulated in Clause 4, Article 30, Decree No. 144/2021/ND-CP dated December 31, 2021 of the Government stipulating administrative sanctions for violations in the fields of security, order, and social safety; prevention and control of social evils; fire prevention and control; prevention and control of domestic violence. The fine is VND 80 million.

In addition, the Provincial People's Committee also decided to fine Phuc Tu Thanh Company Limited (operating address at Mieu Lang village, Dong Lac commune, Nam Sach district, Hai Duong province) for violating the law of putting construction items and works into use and operation without a document approving the results of fire prevention and fighting inspection. According to the decision of the Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee, the above enterprise was administratively fined 80 million VND.
