In recent times, Tuyen Quang province has focused on disbursing capital for the National Target Program for ethnic minorities and mountainous areas in the province. Thereby, the infrastructure system has been constantly improved, newly invested, completed, contributing significantly to promoting economic growth, ensuring social security, improving people's lives, and completing the socio -economic development goals and targets set by the province.
To continue focusing on effectively implementing the National Target Programs, the People's Council of Tuyen Quang province has just issued Resolution No. 10/2023/NQ-HDND dated July 7, 2023 to support the implementation of value chain-linked production development projects and community production development projects under the National Target Programs in Tuyen Quang province, period 2021-2025.
Accordingly, the supported contents include: training, knowledge dissemination, transfer of technical advances to project participants; support for value chain production development projects in consulting on linkage building, surveying and assessing value chain development potential; consulting on developing production and business plans, technical processes, market assessment, market development plans; support for training costs on management skills, value chain management, capacity to search and expand consumption markets, etc.
Subjects of application under this Resolution are agencies, enterprises, cooperatives, cooperative unions, cooperative groups, community groups, individuals, households participating or involved in the management and organization of implementation of value chain-linked production development projects, community production development projects under the National Target Programs in Tuyen Quang province, period 2021 - 2025.
With more than 50% of the population being ethnic minorities; poor and near-poor households living mainly in areas with particularly difficult socio-economic conditions, unfavorable production conditions, low and uneven educational levels. Therefore, the province is focusing on investing in key, sustainable and targeted areas for ethnic minority communes with many difficulties, which will contribute to ensuring social security, gradually improving the material and spiritual life of the people.
