Digital transformation and application of information technology in oral propaganda work have had clear changes.
The Propaganda Department of the provincial and municipal Party Committees organizes conferences for reporters in person and online to convey and provide timely information to all cadres and party members. The working methods of the team of reporters and propagandists continue to be innovated and improved in quality and efficiency.
The team of reporters is interested in training, fostering to improve knowledge and skills, fully equipped with documents and working equipment. Reporters at all levels are dynamic and creative in propagating legal documents, directives, resolutions, and conclusions of the Central and local levels. Thereby, contributing to raising political awareness, creating high consensus within the Party, social consensus, stabilizing the ideological situation of cadres, party members and people; thereby, effectively implementing the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's policies and laws.
Regarding the direction and tasks for 2024, the representative of the Central Propaganda Department emphasized a number of important oral propaganda tasks: Seriously implementing the Directive of the 13th Party Central Committee Secretariat on oral propaganda work in the new situation, in which strongly promoting the role and importance of oral propaganda work and the responsibility of the team of reporters and propagandists in the new situation.
Localities and units continue to innovate content, enhance the orientation and persuasiveness of oral propaganda; strongly innovate methods of oral propaganda activities; effectively use genres and forms of oral propaganda. Direct propaganda combined with online on a wide scale from the Central to the grassroots in many fields and areas. Focus on building, training, fostering and improving the quality of reporters and propagandists to meet the requirements in the new situation, especially in remote areas, areas with large ethnic minorities.
The Central Propaganda Department recommends that from now until the end of the year, propaganda departments at all levels and propaganda teams pay attention to a number of key propaganda areas: Results of the 6th session of the 15th National Assembly ; Resolutions of the 8th Central Conference of the 13th tenure; Foreign affairs activities and a number of important anniversaries, holidays and Tet events.
On this occasion, the Central Propaganda Department awarded Certificates of Merit to 10 collectives and 10 individuals with outstanding achievements in oral communication work and reporter activities in 2023.
