Startups, innovation

Together with the state economy and collective economy, the private economy plays a pivotal role in building an independent, autonomous, self-reliant economy associated with deep, substantive, and effective international integration, helping the country escape the risk of falling behind and rise up to prosperous development. Since Resolution No. 10-NQ/TW was issued, the province has synchronously deployed the work of dissemination, study, and propaganda to each cadre, civil servant, enterprise, and citizen.

The Provincial Party Committee issued Action Program No. 23-CTr/TU dated August 4, 2017 and Action Program No. 49-CTr/TU dated December 8, 2024 on implementing Resolution No. 41-NQ/TW. The Provincial People's Committee has developed strategic action plans such as: Plan to develop 5,000 enterprises and 100 leading enterprises; programs to support creative startups, develop intellectual property, support small and medium enterprises, digital transformation and international integration. These actions not only inspire innovation but also strengthen the confidence of the business community, especially the young generation of entrepreneurs.

Notably, the program "Dong Khoi Startup and Enterprise Development" for the period 2021 - 2025 is becoming a highlight of the province.
