Auxiliary technical items: construction floor area of ​​about 1,025m2 including bridge corridors, garbage collection yard, guard house gate, 4 parking lots on the ground (total area of ​​4 parking lots is about 633m2)...

Synchronous investment in garden landscape items. Logo, signboard, school name designed in uniform style, color and material. New investment in synchronous equipment for building blocks.

Total land area is about 42,175.32m2 including: Land area within the planned road opening scope is about 1,682.32m2; Land area for project implementation is about 40,493m2.

The project has a total investment of 980 billion VND, from the city budget. Implementation period is from 2022 to 2026.
