My Lam - Tuyen Quang resort urban area is located in My Bang commune, Yen Son district and Kim Phu commune, My Lam ward, Tuyen Quang city, Tuyen Quang province.
The boundary is limited: North side borders National Highway 37, residential area of My Lam ward; South side borders 220kV power line; agricultural and forestry land; existing residential land in Nhu Han commune, Yen Son district and Kim Phu commune, Tuyen Quang city; East side borders agricultural and forestry land; existing residential area in residential group 01, My Lam ward; West side borders agricultural and forestry land; existing residential land in Tho Bang village, Y Bang village, Mieu Trai village, Trai Xoan village, My Bang commune, Yen Son district.
The planning scale with a total natural area of about 5,402,579.71m2. Estimated population is about 19,980 people.
The detailed planning was completed with the goal of forming an ecological urban area combining resort and model services, diverse, oriented towards modern, synchronous development, exploiting natural green landscape elements; creating a breakthrough in socio-economic development and driving force for the development of Tuyen Quang city and neighboring areas; synchronously and sustainably connecting the technical infrastructure system, social infrastructure in accordance with planning projects and projects that have been and are being implemented in the area, connecting landscape architecture space to create harmony and architectural characteristics in the area.
