Regarding the case of actress Ngoc Lan, MVI Life said it had met and discussed with the customer and the customer's lawyer many times, actively received feedback, listened to and answered the customer's questions.
Specifically, before actress Ngoc Lan livestreamed her reflection on social media, the company and the customer had discussed, agreed and completed preparations for adjusting the insurance contract in accordance with the product characteristics and benefits specified in the contract terms.

Previously, actress Ngoc Lan livestreamed to share about buying life insurance at Aviva Vietnam Life Insurance Company Limited (now sold to Manulife Financial Group and renamed MVI Life Insurance Company Limited - MVI Life) with a value of up to 700 million VND/year.
However, she asserted that she was given ambiguous advice and was lured into signing a contract with much information that was not as advised.
