Speaking at the meeting with voters, Nguyen Thanh Nhan, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the An Giang Provincial People's Council, said that after the dissolution of the district level and the merger of communes, Giang Thanh and Vinh Dieu communes are still facing many difficulties. Therefore, the two localities need to have solutions to promote their existing potential and advantages for socio-economic development; invest in appropriate infrastructure; form large farms, high-value fruit trees associated with green and clean agricultural tourism, etc.

Regarding voters' suggestions, Comrade Nguyen Thanh Nhan suggested that the two localities review and invest to serve the people. In the period of 2026 - 2030, the province will invest about 1,000 billion VND to prioritize investment in clean water supply for rural areas.
