Deputy Director of Dak Nong Department of Construction Tran Ngoc Lam retires early

According to Decision 583/QD-UBND dated April 28, 2025 of the Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Tran Ngoc Lam will retire and enjoy insurance benefits from May 1, 2025. Mr. Lam is eligible for early retirement according to Decree 178/2024/ND-CP of the Government.

Member of the Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee Le Trong Yen presented the retirement decision to Mr. Tran Ngoc Lam.

Over 29 years of working, Mr. Tran Ngoc Lam has taken on many different roles and tasks in the field of investment and construction. From a civil servant working at the Dak Lak Department of Construction (formerly) to a manager and leader at the Dak Nong Department of Construction.

Mr. Tran Ngoc Lam has 29 years of work experience and will retire according to Decree 178/2024/ND-CP.

Regardless of his position, Mr. Lam always shows himself to be a dedicated and responsible officer, performing well the assigned tasks. From there, he contributes to the development of Dak Nong in general and the Construction industry in particular.

At the ceremony, Permanent Vice Chairman of Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee Le Trong Yen acknowledged and highly appreciated Mr. Tran Ngoc Lam's contributions throughout his work.

Mr. Tran Ngoc Lam thanked the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, Provincial People's Committee, and Department of Construction for their attention and support during his work.

The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee wished Mr. Lam good health, happiness and meaningful years of rest with his family. At the same time, he continued to contribute his efforts and intelligence to build the locality where he lives.

The leaders of the Department of Construction presented gifts and acknowledged Mr. Lam's contributions to the construction industry in recent times.
