DONG HOA: Handing over 8 Great Solidarity houses to poor and near-poor households

Of which, Hoa Xuan Tay ward supported the construction of 4 new houses, Hoa Thanh commune supported the construction of 3 new houses and supported the repair of 1 house. Each house ensures the "3 hard" criteria (hard foundation, hard frame - wall, hard roof), area from 50-75m2, total construction cost from 100-130 million VND. Of which, the town People's Committee allocated from the 5% savings source to support 60 million VND for each newly built house, the town Fatherland Front Committee allocated from the town's Fund for the Poor to support 30 million VND/house for repair, the rest is the counterpart capital of the families.

Thus, up to now, Dong Hoa Town has completed the plan to eliminate temporary housing for poor and near-poor households in the town by 2025 with 44 Great Solidarity houses, of which 38 were newly built and 6 were repaired.
