Enhance the monitoring capacity of Program 1719 for 150 delegates

The training was attended by 150 delegates who are officials from departments and localities: Song Hinh, Son Hoa, Dong Xuan, Tay Hoa; officials in charge of planning and implementation; officials in charge of inspection, supervision and evaluation of the implementation of Program 1719.

The training content focuses on 3 topics: Improving the capacity to monitor models, plans, and projects for developing diversified production for community livelihoods in the province; improving the capacity to monitor activities and implementation responsibilities of relevant parties participating in models and projects for developing diversified production for community livelihoods; procurement plans and focal points for implementing plans for purchasing materials and equipment for production, providing services, and crop and livestock varieties proposed for support from the state budget; organizing the management of assets formed after support; forms of capital rotation in the province; updating and guiding relevant documents and skills to apply regulations on management, use and settlement of career funds from the state budget to implement the National Target Program on Socio-Economic Development in Ethnic Minority Areas for the period 2021-2025.
