Focus on high-level construction, ensuring project progress

Reporting at the field inspection, representatives of the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board and Tuy Hoa City People's Committee said that the Phu Yen Provincial Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital Construction Investment Project has a total investment of more than 753 billion VND, started in March 2023; the total allocated capital is nearly 573 billion VND, and has disbursed more than 304 billion VND. Currently, the construction and installation packages are being implemented synchronously, basically completing the rough construction, focusing on the finishing construction. The medical equipment and office equipment investment packages are completing procedures to approve the budget as a basis for implementation. Currently, the project is still stuck with the land of 2 households with an area that has not been cleared of about 125m2 ^, including the fence of 1 household and ^30m2 of the house of another household. Tuy Hoa City is focusing on mobilizing people to voluntarily dismantle the construction. If they still do not agree, the city will have a compulsory plan to clear it.

The Luong Van Chanh High School for the Gifted project has a total investment of more than 214 billion VND, with implementation period from 2019-2025. The capital plan for 2025 is 39.6 billion VND, of which 9.3 billion VND has been disbursed, reaching 23.4%. Currently, the contractor has completed the leveling of the ground, 2 dormitory blocks, the dining block and the parking lot; is constructing the 20-room and 16-room classroom blocks; the thematic discussion block and the administrative management block have basically completed the rough construction... Currently, the project has about 200 workers each day, organized into many construction teams to speed up progress.

After conducting field inspections and listening to reports from relevant units, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ta Anh Tuan requested investors and contractors to focus more because the current construction progress of projects is slower than required. Regarding the Luong Van Chanh Specialized High School Project, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee directed the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board to recalculate the capacity of parking lots to ensure meeting the demand, construct entrances and coordinate with relevant units to complete the routes to avoid traffic conflicts when put into operation.

At the same time, it is necessary to establish a clear, specific schedule, divide the flow and have a detailed construction roadmap to ensure that the project is put into operation before the start of the new school year 2025-2026 and ensure the safety of teachers and students while studying. For the Phu Yen Province Maternity and Pediatrics Hospital Construction Investment Project, the site is no longer a problem, so Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ta Anh Tuan requested the construction unit and the Management Board of Construction Investment Projects to quickly find solutions to speed up the construction progress, without prolonged delays...

Inspecting the headquarters of Sao Bien Folk Music and Dance Theater, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Theater's leaders to implement the contents according to the Conclusion of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee at the working session in October 2024, including the policy of renovating, repairing and upgrading the headquarters and working house of Sao Bien Theater for the unit to operate and organize training; at the same time, renovating and repairing Dien Hong Cultural House to become a venue for organizing cultural and artistic activities to serve people and tourists.
