Implementing the direction of the leaders of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Department of Industrial Safety Techniques and Environment has completed the Draft Circular detailing a number of articles of the Decree detailing a number of articles and measures to implement the Law on Geology and Minerals on safety techniques in mineral exploitation.

Draft documents include:

- Draft submission;

- Draft circular;

- Administrative procedure assessment report.

The Department of Industrial Safety Techniques and Environment publicly posts to solicit comments from ministries, branches, localities, organizations, individuals and the business community.
