Accordingly, the Head of the Working Group is comrade Nguyen Dinh Viet, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Deputy Heads of the Working Group are the Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee, Director of the Department of Finance. Members are leaders of the departments: Home Affairs; Construction; Agriculture and Environment; Ethnicity and Religion; Justice and Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee.

The working group is responsible for coordinating the handover and acceptance of programs, projects, and public investment plans during the period of merging and separating administrative units, ensuring continuity and responsibility in the management of public investment projects. Coordinating the review and medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021 - 2025, the public investment plan for 2025 at each management level. Handling or recommending handling of difficulties and obstacles during the implementation process.

The working group begins operating from the date of establishment and self-dissolves and ceases operations upon completion of its tasks.
