The "Journey of Happiness" station connects local OCOP products to every home

Towards the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, tonight, May 17, Saigon Co.op's "Journey of Happiness" station was held at Co.opmart Quang Tri supermarket to interact with veterans in the area and open a booth to display and connect the supply and demand of local OCOP products.

The "Journey of Happiness" was carried out by Saigon Co.op from April 24 to May 31, 2025, with the determination to spread positive values ​​to the community. Saigon Co.op organized a bus trip across Vietnam from North to South, with the journey expected to stop at 50 stations (including Quang Tri province) to organize entertaining activities to attract customers to check in and take pictures with the Vietnamese national flag.

For each happy photo recorded, Saigon Co.op will donate 5,000 VND to carry out social projects at the Center for Nursing War Invalids in Nghe An province. In addition, the program also has many practical activities to spread the message of connecting the three regions, promoting the cultural beauty and people of each region of the country and honoring Vietnamese goods and local OCOP products.

Within the framework of the program in Quang Tri, hundreds of customers participated in cultural and artistic activities and interacted with veterans to review the glorious history of Quang Tri, gave gifts of high-quality Vietnamese goods to veterans, and took photos together to set a record of "Online Vietnam map made from 50,000 happy smiles taken with the National Flag".

On this occasion, delegates cut the ribbon to open the booth displaying and introducing OCOP products of 15 enterprises and production facilities with 98 items, of which Quang Tri province has 10 enterprises and production facilities with OCOP products participating in the exhibition of 48 items recognized as OCOP products from 3 to 5 stars.
