At the meeting, after listening to the reports of the Party Committees of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade, and the comments of the members of Working Group No. 6, Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son welcomed and highly appreciated the serious, thoughtful and timely preparations for the Party Congress of the ministries and agencies in accordance with the spirit of Directive No. 45 of the Politburo and the directives and instructions of the Central Committee and the Government Party Committee.

The Deputy Prime Minister directed ministries and agencies to absorb the valuable comments at the meeting and continue to complete the preparation work to organize the Party Congress solemnly, safely, economically and successfully.
Regarding the completion of the draft documents, the Deputy Prime Minister emphasized that this congress at all levels takes place in the context of the country comprehensively and synchronously implementing the revolution in streamlining the organizational apparatus of the political system; Party organizations are all rearranged, reorganized, and newly established to improve performance, effectiveness, and efficiency; determined to create breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation, and national digital transformation; develop the private economic sector; promote international integration in the new situation; strive to achieve the growth target of 8% in 2025 and double digits in the next period.

In that context, the Deputy Prime Minister requested ministries and agencies to continue reviewing and perfecting documents, which must reflect the "essence" of the draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress and of higher levels; clearly state the solutions that their ministries and agencies must do to contribute to bringing Vietnam into a new era of high and sustainable growth.
The political report must objectively, comprehensively and honestly assess the situation, achievements, advantages, limitations, causes and lessons learned in accordance with the new situation and requirements; clearly demonstrate action, brevity, succinctness and clear development orientation of the ministry or agency, the Deputy Prime Minister emphasized.

Regarding personnel work, the Deputy Prime Minister assessed that the personnel projects have been basically prepared, ensuring compliance with regulations and instructions of the Central Committee and the Government Party Committee, and noted that the introduction of personnel must ensure quality and reasonable structure, including the proportion of women, young cadres, scientific cadres, and ethnic cadres according to requirements.
Regarding propaganda work, ministries and agencies need to highlight the achievements of their ministries and agencies in the past term; at the same time, clearly state the directions and tasks in the coming time to join the whole country in the era of high and sustainable growth.
The Deputy Prime Minister directs ministries and agencies to continue coordinating with members of Steering Group No. 6 in completing dossiers, documents, and reports to submit to the Standing Committee of the Government Party Committee for consideration and approval./.
