Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha inspects the work of overcoming the consequences of storm No. 5

On the morning of August 26, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha and members of the working delegation inspected the recovery work after storm No. 5 in the area and presented gifts and encouragement to people in localities affected by the storm in Ha Tinh.

Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha visited the family of Ms. Tran Thi Sach, a policy family in Loc Ha commune.

Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha and members of the working delegation visited and encouraged people in Loc Ha and Truong Luu communes and inspected Nga Loc Kindergarten.

Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha expressed his sympathy for the losses suffered by the people due to storm No. 5; at the same time, he encouraged people and teachers to make efforts to overcome difficulties and soon stabilize their lives and teaching activities.

The Deputy Prime Minister emphasized that the Party Committee and the government need to mobilize maximum human and material resources to support people, especially families in difficult circumstances, families with meritorious services, and the disadvantaged, to quickly repair their houses and prevent people from lacking safe housing.

At the same time, restoring operations at educational and medical facilities must also be prioritized to soon return teaching and health care activities to normal.

Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha requested localities to ensure publicity, transparency, correct targets, and correct policies in the process of supporting people affected by natural disasters.

In particular, the team of commune and ward officials must closely follow reality, fully review affected cases, especially difficult households, to propose timely support, avoid omissions, and avoid negativity.

The Deputy Prime Minister also encouraged localities to promote proactiveness, flexibility and creativity in organizing the implementation of support policies, in the spirit of closely following the State's orientation and in accordance with the actual conditions of each locality.
