The Deputy Prime Minister visited and presented gifts to: Vietnamese Heroic Mother Nguyen Thi Mui (born in 1922), residing at 276/34/53, Quarter 25, Tam Hiep Ward; Mr. Nguyen Van Chinh (born in 1955), 95% disabled, residing at 2A1, Quarter 6, Tran Bien Ward; Mr. Ho Thanh Phong (born in 1943), 81% disabled, a resistance fighter infected with toxic chemicals, residing at 109/e1, Quarter 1, Tran Bien Ward; Mr. Tran Van Nghia (born in 1945), 81% disabled, a resistance fighter for national liberation, residing at K2/75A, Quarter 3, Bien Hoa Ward; Vietnamese Heroic Mother Pham Thi Ngu (born in 1938), wife of martyr Tran Thuong and mother of martyr Tran Ngoc Hieu, residing at K2/75, Quarter 3, Bien Hoa Ward.

At the places he visited, the Deputy Prime Minister kindly inquired about the health and expressed his deep gratitude for the great sacrifices and contributions of Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, war invalids, martyrs and people with meritorious services to the revolution.
At the same time, he affirmed that the Party, State and people always remember and show gratitude for the contributions of generations of fathers and brothers who have devoted and sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland.

The Deputy Prime Minister hopes that Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, war invalids, and people with meritorious services will continue to maintain their health, always be a shining example for their children and grandchildren to follow, and contribute to educating the younger generation about revolutionary traditions and patriotism.
Representatives of policy families expressed their emotions and deep gratitude for the attention of the Party, State and Government . Affirming that this is a great source of encouragement, adding strength in life, Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, war invalids and meritorious people continue to promote revolutionary traditions, set good examples in implementing the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; educating their children and grandchildren to live with love and responsibility to the community and the country.

According to a report from Dong Nai province, the locality is currently managing 83,260 records of meritorious people and their relatives. From the beginning of the year to June 15, 2025, the province has paid policies to 78,659 people, with a total cost of more than 329 billion VND.
In addition, Dong Nai also implements a policy to support people with revolutionary contributions and their relatives in the province from the local budget to take care of the material and spiritual life of people with revolutionary contributions and their families.

It is expected that in 2025, 15,461 people will be visited and given gifts with a total cost of 11 billion VND.
The Deputy Prime Minister requested the Party Committee and authorities at all levels of Dong Nai province to continue to pay more attention to and take better care of the material and spiritual lives of policy beneficiaries and people with revolutionary contributions, especially those in difficult circumstances and the elderly; considering this a regular task, demonstrating the nation's morality of "When drinking water, remember its source".
