Close coordination and effective propaganda of local defense and military tasks

At the conference to review the coordination of propaganda work on local defense and military tasks (QP-QSĐP) between the Political Department of Military Region 1 and press agencies, radio and television stations (PT-TH) of the provinces in the area, period 2022-2024, held on the morning of October 25 in Bac Giang province, delegates agreed to continue to increase the duration, combine regular propaganda of key, key contents, by topic; promote information and propaganda on cyberspace about QP-QSĐP tasks.

Implementing the Coordination Regulations, every year, Military Region 1 Newspaper, press agencies, radio and television stations and military commands of provinces in the Military Region have proactively developed plans, unified propaganda content, and built specialized pages and columns on "National Defense for All" in all types of press.

The propaganda content closely follows the practical political tasks of the armed forces of the Military Region and localities; promptly and comprehensively reflects the training, combat readiness, building of the Militia and Self-Defense Forces, Mobilization Reserve, defense zone drills; participates in propaganda on handling complicated incidents at the grassroots and industrial zones... Thereby contributing to raising awareness, responsibility, encouraging cadres and soldiers, promoting the emulation movement to win in units throughout the Military Region; at the same time, motivating cadres, party members and people to actively participate in building and consolidating the all-people national defense associated with a solid people's security posture.

At the Conference, delegates spent a lot of time discussing and clarifying the achievements as well as limitations and proposing solutions to overcome some remaining problems; sharing many experiences and good practices to improve the effectiveness of coordination in propaganda on national defense and local military affairs; at the same time, agreeing on the direction, key tasks and signing the Regulation on coordination in propaganda for the period 2024-2026. Notably, the addition of content on coordination in propaganda on defense foreign affairs is worth noting.
