At the conference, the Organizing Committee of Phu Ninh District Party Committee announced the decision of the District Party Executive Committee on the establishment of the District Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee, which will come into operation from February 14, 2025.

At the same time, the decision to transfer Ms. Tran Thi Thu Sang - Member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Head of the District Party Committee's Propaganda Department, Director of the District Political Center to work at the District Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department was announced, and she was appointed to the position of Head of the District Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department; and the decisions to appoint Deputy Heads of the District Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department were announced.

In addition, the decision to establish the grassroots Party cell of the District Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department under the Phu Ninh District Party Committee was announced; Ms. Tran Thi Thu Sang was appointed as Party cell secretary.
