With a pioneering spirit, members of the community digital technology team do not mind the long distance, taking advantage of every opportunity to go to people's homes and fields to guide them on how to use smartphones, access the Internet; exploit digital utilities, use online public services; and guide online sales.
Through many practical activities, up to now, 100% of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers at agencies of Phu Xuan commune have been trained and equipped with skills to use digital platforms and digital services for work. 100% of students in the commune have been trained in digital skills, supported in learning and creativity. 60% of adults have access to information, know how to use smart devices, digital platforms and essential digital services. 30% of the population using smartphones have installed the Dak Lak So application.
Xuan Lang 2 village has 196 households, 1,111 people of 7 ethnic groups living together. According to village chief Lieng Van Lam, currently the information needs of the people are very large and diverse, especially focusing on "hot" areas such as: land, transportation, natural resources - environment, health insurance, law, ethnicity and religion. Realizing this, Mr. Lam regularly updates news, newspapers and social networks, selecting useful, official information to disseminate to the people. Mr. Lam shared: "The village self-management board not only provides information but also organizes direct exchanges, technical guidance and connects them with suitable livelihood models; closely monitors each household to provide timely support when they encounter difficulties".

Ms. Tran Thi Kim Khanh, Head of Xuan My village, commented that the change in the way of accessing information has brought great benefits: "Now people can access all information related to poverty reduction with just a few simple steps on a computer or phone with an Internet connection."
In addition to popularizing digital skills, Phu Xuan commune pays special attention to changing traditional, fragmented agricultural production methods. Accordingly, the commune regularly encourages people to join cooperatives and cooperatives to produce according to processes and standards, aiming at valuable commodities; organizes technical training courses, agricultural extension, and technology transfer, helping people improve production skills and access new advances.
According to Ms. Dinh Thi Chien, Head of the Commune's Department of Culture and Society, Phu Xuan aims to encourage officials and people to effectively exploit digital services, platforms, digital technology, especially artificial intelligence (AI) in work and life.
