To spread positive information, based on the actual situation and conditions, agencies, localities and units in the province always pay attention to, take advantage of and effectively exploit the Internet, social networking platforms, and grassroots loudspeaker systems to share official and positive information, contributing to raising awareness of cadres, party members and people in preventing and fighting against bad and toxic information. In particular, posting and sharing about the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, good people, good deeds, advanced models, new models, good practices; articles fighting against bad and toxic information, wrong and hostile viewpoints, contributing to creating a solid information "battlefield".

The Steering Committee of 35 provinces has systematically and scientifically organized the 2024 Political Contest on Protecting the Party's Ideological Foundation in the province, creating a widespread impact. The results of the contest do not stop at the awards but more importantly, contribute to strengthening the trust, solidarity and unity within the entire Party; the success of the contest has truly become an important highlight in carrying out the task of protecting the Party's ideological foundation.

The Youth Union has also actively created an environment for young people to demonstrate their strengths, practice skills in designing, composing, and making video clips, and applying information technology and the Internet in work and life.

Take the good, eliminate the bad

With the motto of "taking the beauty, eliminating the ugliness", along with "greening" positive information on the information and propaganda system, social networking platforms, all levels of sectors, units and localities have proactively grasped and promoted emulation movements associated with learning and following Uncle Ho; building and praising advanced models, good people, good deeds... In the work of implementing typical models and registering jobs to follow, local Party committees, agencies and units have led and directed the building of typical models and registering jobs to follow by collectives and individuals. The province issued Project No. 06-DA/TU dated May 31, 2022 on innovation and improvement of the quality of propaganda and education of revolutionary traditions in the province, period 2022 - 2025. The whole province has organized over 1,200 ceremonies to report to Uncle Ho, over 1,000 journey programs to the source, admitting Party - Youth Union - Association - Team members at Tan Trao National Special Historical Site, Kim Binh National Special Historical Site. Agencies and units organized over 8,600 specialized Party cell meetings, youth union and association meetings, discussing and learning about Uncle Ho's life and revolutionary career, associated with the full-term topics, the 2023 topics and the political and ideological activities on the content of works and articles of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong. There have been 3,100 grassroots party cells and committees with hundreds of thousands of party members, cadres, civil servants, public employees, soldiers, armed forces, the Fatherland Front and political organizations at the provincial, district and communal levels, and nearly 340,000 people participating in activities to help poor households, repair houses and build new houses; renovate the cultural house grounds, plant and care for flower roads of over 1,360 km; build concrete roads, and complete concrete roads of over 128 km. Youth Unions from the province to the grassroots level have organized over 3,200 propaganda and education activities, attracting over 450,000 young people to participate.

Speaking about the direction and tasks for 2025 of the Steering Committee of 35 provinces, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council, Le Thi Kim Dung, emphasized that 2025 is a year of many important events for the country and the province, with many difficulties and challenges. Hostile, reactionary, and political opportunists will continue to carry out tactics and tricks to sabotage the Party, the State, local Party committees and authorities, especially taking advantage of difficulties and negative aspects in socio-economic development. Protecting the Party's ideological foundation and fighting against erroneous and hostile views at all levels and sectors must be determined as an important and vital task for the Party and the political system, a voluntary, regular, long-term, and drastic task.
He also suggested that it is necessary to promote the role of press agencies and electronic news sites, regularly promote typical examples, kind people, good deeds, and good models; implement the motto "use beauty, eliminate ugliness", use positive information to push back negative information...

Protecting the Party's ideological foundation and fighting against erroneous and hostile viewpoints is the province's central and long-term political task. With the synchronous participation of the entire political system and the support of the people, Tuyen Quang province will continue to maintain its role as the "Capital of Resistance", making an important contribution to the cause of building and defending the socialist Vietnamese Fatherland.
