Phu Yen Online - Son Hoa: Discussing measures to handle illegal tourism business

The People's Committee of Son Hoa district has just held a meeting to discuss measures to completely resolve the situation of illegal tourism business activities in the district.

 

According to the conclusion of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council and the Provincial People's Committee, there are still a number of illegal tourism businesses in Son Hoa district. These establishments have violated the investment in construction of construction items that are not suitable for the purpose of land use, violated construction order, and have not carried out procedures to request recognition of tourist attractions or tourist accommodation establishments according to the provisions of the Law on Tourism.

 

To completely resolve the situation of illegal tourism business in the area, Son Hoa district has proposed a group of solutions, including resolutely handling violations, taking measures to prevent them from happening from the beginning, and not letting them happen again. It also highlights the responsibility of local leaders, the role of party secretaries and village chiefs in propaganda work and detecting violations.
