An Phong Ward's budget revenue increased significantly in the first 5 months.

In the first five months of 2026, the total state budget revenue of An Phong ward reached 212.229/148.390 billion VND, equivalent to 143% of the plan assigned by the city.

Local residents come to the An Phong Ward Public Administrative Service Center to complete procedures for paying taxes and obtaining business licenses.

According to the People's Committee of An Phong Ward, the total state budget revenue for May 2026 is estimated at over 23.3 billion VND. The cumulative revenue for the first five months of 2026 reached 212,229 billion VND, exceeding the city's assigned plan by 43%.

In particular, several revenue items achieved high results, including: taxes from non-state enterprises reaching VND 113,265/VND 110,950 billion, exceeding the plan by 2.1%; land use fees reaching VND 24,429/VND 9.75 billion, exceeding the plan by 150.6%; registration fees reaching VND 19,419/VND 23.2 billion, equivalent to 83.7% of the plan; and land and water surface lease fees reaching 86.9% of the plan.

The high revenue collection is due to the Ward People's Committee focusing on exploiting new revenue sources from construction activities, land transfers, and real estate; while also paying attention to developing the private economy , household economy, and service and trade sectors… Currently, businesses, production facilities, and business households in the ward maintain stable operations and fulfill their tax obligations fully and promptly.

To achieve these results, the ward focused on implementing a comprehensive set of solutions and measures to increase budget revenue, exploit local revenue sources, and combat revenue losses. The Ward People's Committee developed a plan for implementing socio-economic and budget revenue targets, determining a monthly implementation roadmap, combined with specific assignments for each task, ensuring clear responsibilities and accountability to achieve the set targets, while also focusing on exploiting new revenue sources.
An Phong is promoting reforms and simplifying administrative procedures for issuing business registration certificates and cooperative registration certificates to reduce processing time, contributing to creating favorable conditions for organizations and individuals to develop production and business activities; publicly disclosing socio-economic information, detailed plans, and land use plans of the ward to serve as a basis for attracting and creating conditions for businesses and investors to develop the economy, invest in infrastructure construction, and urban beautification...
