Lao Cai Ward: Exciting contest "Learning about the life and career of the National Duke - Hung Dao Dai Vuong - Tran Quoc Tuan"

On the morning of October 9, at Van Hoa Cultural House, Lao Cai Ward People's Committee organized a contest "Learning about the life and career of Quoc Cong Tiet Che - Hung Dao Dai Vuong - Tran Quoc Tuan" with the participation of 7 secondary schools in the area.

The contest consists of three parts: greeting, art and speech.

In the greeting part, the teams brought many unique and creative performances, expressing their understanding and respect for Hung Dao Dai Vuong; the art part was elaborately invested in the form of singing, dancing, and drama recreating the heroic spirit of the nation; the eloquence part inspired, arousing the awareness of preserving the heroic tradition of our ancestors.

The most outstanding team was Hoang Hoa Tham Secondary School with a creative greeting carrying the message "Bringing patriotism, gratitude to heroes - Nurturing glorious ideals - Promoting tradition, shining ancestors!".

The art performance "Dong A Heroic Spirit - Tran Quoc Tuan and Dai Viet's Bravery" combined drama and singing and dancing, vividly recreating the national heroic spirit, leaving many emotions for the audience.

Hoang Hoa Tham Secondary School won first prize overall.

Awarding of three individual competitions.

As a result, Hoang Hoa Tham Secondary School excellently won first prize for the whole team and 9 individual prizes (3 third prizes, 1 encouragement prize).

In addition, the Organizing Committee also awarded 29 individual prizes: 1 First prize to Ngo Van So Secondary School; 2 Second prizes, 6 Third prizes and 20 Encouragement prizes to the competing teams.

The activity aims to commemorate the contributions of national hero Tran Quoc Tuan and at the same time educate the younger generation about patriotism.
