Dan Truong and Phuong My Chi are two representatives of Vietnam participating in Sing! Asia 2025, as judges and contestants respectively.
Sing! Asia ( The Voice of Asia ) has the participation of 32 young singers from 9 Asian countries and territories including China, Japan, Malaysia, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, and Taiwan.
Sing! Asia 2025 has now aired episode 2, broadcast every Saturday on FPT Play in parallel with China.
Cross-national stage, honoring modern Asian music
Instead of a traditional variety show, the show wants to create a cross-national music show.
According to information on the iQIYI website, the competition will take place on a giant yacht for 1 month, starting from Shanghai (China), passing through Okinawa (Japan), Ha Long Bay (Vietnam), then moving to Singapore, Malaysia and ending in Hong Kong.
"The program helps viewers enjoy hit songs with cultural brands of each region, thereby learning about the customs of many different countries and feeling the intersection and collision of cultures in the region," the platform stated.
"This is not just a music competition, but also a profound cultural dialogue and a dream incubator for the young generation of Asian artists," said Tran Tinh, vice president of iQIYI.

The show's advisory panel includes Grammy Award-winning singer Jessie J, "angel-voiced" singer Zhang Liangying and popular idol Yu Changjing.
Along with that is a jury of 21 multinational members who are music producers or famous artists in countries such as Thai Kien Nha, Shizuka Kudou, Truong Tin Triet, To Huu Bang, Lam Chi Dinh, Co Cu Co, Dan Truong, Truong Tri Lam...
Many familiar names: Jessie J, Su You Peng, Jimmy Lin, Louis Koo, Julian Cheung, Maggie Cheung, Dan Truong...
"They represent half of the Asian pop music scene over the past 40 years and will use their years of industry experience to discover and celebrate Asia's outstanding new voices," iQIY said.
Talented young singers born after 2000, from all over Asia, will go through 3 rounds of competition including confrontation, competition and glory determination, with a total of 5 decisive matches.
They will use music to tell their own growing up stories as well as break down language barriers with the notes themselves.

Phuong My Chi is a young Vietnamese artist participating in The Voice of Asia this time. Sharing with Tuoi Tre Online , Phuong My Chi's media representative said she is very happy to participate in this new playground.
The artist is ready to step on deck with young voices in the region and conquer himself.
