“Gio ngang khung troi xanh” revolves around the lives of three modern women: My Anh, Truc Lam and Chau Ngan. My Anh used to have her own career but stepped back to support her husband Dang’s (Doan Quoc Dam) career. Truc Lam also married Toan, a kind, quiet but practical and sincere man. Chau Ngan is single and always believes in her ability to control her life and bring happiness to herself without needing a man.
However, every woman encounters events in life, those gaps make them reflect on the meaning of happiness, the true values of life, what they really need...
The film features many famous artists such as Doan Quoc Dam, To Dung, Viet Hoa, Quynh Nguyen, Ha Thanh, Meritorious Artist Duc Khue, artist Tu Oanh, baby Gia Nghia, especially the return of actress Phuong Oanh after many years of absence from the film set, and the participation of Dennis Dang for the first time as an actor in a TV series produced by VFC.
Phuong Oanh said that the film came to her as a coincidence, when she felt that it was time for her to return to acting. After a while, with many changes in her life, and especially being a mother, Phuong Oanh felt that she had become more mature, and played the role of My Anh in her married life with Dang "more smoothly".
Actor Doan Quoc Dam said that after “Quynh Doll” and “Huong Vi Tinh Than”, he had the opportunity to “reunite” with Phuong Oanh. In this film, Phuong Oanh showed a difference compared to previous films, which is more mature, thoughtful and calm in acting.

In this film, Quynh Nguyen co-stars for the first time with actor To Dung, and the diverse acting ability of both promises to create a couple with many interesting contrasts.
The film is not simply a story about family, love, and marriage, but also a journey of women who dare to choose, give up, and live for themselves. The stories in the film are from the perspective of modern women, with ambition, stubbornness, and even the very feminine "jealousy" that any woman can see a part of herself in.
Director Le Ngoc Linh shared that this is not exactly a film project about family, but rather the journey to find happiness of three girls over the age of 30. The film talks about the role and value of women in Vietnamese culture, and he hopes to bring the audience a new approach.
Regarding the purchase and remaking of the script from the already famous Chinese TV series “30 is not yet the end”, screenwriter Lai Phuong Thao said that this was also a great pressure for the film crew. However, the film is not simply a copy of the same story, but will carry the breath, spirit, story and culture of Vietnam. When watching, the audience will feel familiar, see their own lives somewhere in the film.
