Phu Thuong Ward inaugurated a project to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2nd.

HNP - On August 28, the Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phu Thuong Ward held a ceremony to attach a signboard to the Doan Thi Diem Primary School - a project to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2. This is not only a professional activity in building educational infrastructure but also a great festival, affirming the determination of the entire political system and people of Phu Thuong Ward in improving the quality of education, building a civilized and modern ward.

Delegates performed the inauguration ceremony and installed the signboard of Doan Thi Diem Primary School.

Doan Thi Diem Primary School is built on an area of ​​1,445m2 at No. 18, Lane 423, An Duong Vuong, on the old land of Thuong Thuy Kindergarten. The project has a scale of 5-storey school building and 1 basement, with a total floor area of ​​over 5,445m2, including 16 standard classrooms, 12 functional rooms, and full range of modern auxiliary items such as laboratories, libraries, kitchens, fire protection systems, lightning protection, air conditioning, elevators, wastewater treatment, gardens and spacious landscapes.

According to the design, the school will accommodate at least 600 students from the 2025-2026 school year, aiming for 21 classes with 900 students within the next 5 years. This is an important step to address the pressure of population growth and rapid urbanization in Phu Thuong, while contributing to the completion of the education and training network of Tay Ho district.

Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Do Dinh Son - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Phu Thuong Ward affirmed that the Doan Thi Diem Primary School project is not only a new, modern and spacious school, but also a testament to the deep concern of Party committees and authorities at all levels, and the unanimous support of the people.

Collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements were rewarded at the Ceremony.

At the ceremony, Phu Thuong Ward People's Committee awarded 12 groups and 18 individuals with outstanding achievements in the project implementation and organization of the plaque-attaching ceremony. This is a timely recognition, encouraging the spirit of responsibility and dedication of units, officers and workers, contributing to the success of the project.
