Nearly 30% of the area of ​​Nam Pleiku Industrial Park has been reserved by businesses for leasing premises.

(GLO)- On August 28, at the South Pleiku Industrial Park (Gia Lai province), VRG Gia Lai Industrial Park Branch (under Chu Se Rubber One Member Co., Ltd.) organized an investment promotion program with the participation of many enterprises inside and outside the province.

At the program, the representative of VRG Gia Lai Industrial Park Branch introduced an overview of Nam Pleiku Industrial Park and the preferential policies of the parent unit.

Nam Pleiku Industrial Park has a scale of over 205 hectares, with a total investment of over 500 billion VND. The industrial park is located along National Highway 14, a strategic location connecting with National Highway 19, Le Thanh International Border Gate, Bo Y International Border Gate, and the system of major airports and seaports in the Central region. The technical infrastructure in the industrial park is invested synchronously, meeting the needs of the agricultural and forestry processing, mechanical engineering, food processing, and logistics industries.

Up to now, nearly 30% of the business land area in Nam Pleiku Industrial Park has been deposited by enterprises, focusing on the following industries: instant coffee processing, fertilizer production, construction materials, wood processing and agricultural machinery.

Previously, on August 27, Chu Se Rubber One Member Co., Ltd. signed a contract in principle for infrastructure lease with Tien Thinh Group Joint Stock Company ( Can Tho City ) with an area of ​​5.87 hectares, valid until September 2069. Tien Thinh Group Joint Stock Company operates in the field of processing, producing fruit juice, freezing and drying technology.
