In the first 9 months of 2025, Khanh Hoa province stabilized the apparatus and organization of the two-level local government, promoted socio -economic development, and achieved many positive results. The total product in the province (GRDP) increased by 7%; the industrial production index increased by 6.42% over the same period in 2024. The province focused on promoting 4 growth pillars including: Industry; energy; tourism - services; urban - construction. State budget revenue exceeded the target assigned by the Central Government, reaching 28,838.5 billion VND in 9 months, equal to 103.1% of the estimate assigned by the Central Government, up 49.3% over the same period in 2024 (as of October 27, it reached 30,931 billion VND, equal to 110.5% of the estimate assigned by the Central Government and up 45.4% over the same period last year).

Also in the 9 months, stimulating consumption was strongly promoted along with production and business activities; total retail sales of goods and consumer service revenue reached 148,583.9 billion VND, up 15.6% over the same period in 2024 (as of October 27, it reached 165,160.8 billion VND). Key and focal areas all achieved high growth, of which total social development investment capital reached 73,681.3 billion VND, up 9.5% over the same period in 2024; tourism welcomed more than 14.1 million visitors, tourism revenue reached more than 56,540 billion VND, up 19.2%. Total export turnover of goods reached 1,811.2 million USD, up 8.7% over the same period (as of October 27, it reached 2,076.2 million USD, up 12.4%). Up to now, the province has attracted 66 non-budget investment projects with a total registered investment capital of about 458.6 trillion VND; disbursement of public investment capital reached 44.56% of the capital plan assigned by the Prime Minister.
