The launching ceremony aims to widely deploy the "Digital Literacy for All" Movement, popularize basic knowledge about digital transformation and digital skills for people, aiming at the goal that all people are equipped with necessary digital knowledge and skills to apply in daily life to grasp, utilize, exploit and enjoy the achievements of science , technology, innovation and digital transformation.

Attending the launching ceremony were leaders of the People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward, advisory agencies assisting the Party Committee, departments, centers, unions of the ward, banking and telecommunications units; socio -political organizations, Community Digital Technology Team, schools, medical stations, enterprises, cooperatives, together with cadres, civil servants, youth union and people in the ward.

In his opening speech, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Song Cau Ward Vo Ngoc Thach emphasized: to concretize the policies, tasks and solutions that have been proposed on developing science, technology, innovation and promoting synchronous, interconnected, fast and effective digital transformation, all levels, sectors and localities have actively and urgently implemented the Digital Literacy Movement. This movement aims to popularize basic knowledge about digital transformation to all people, equipping them with essential digital skills to apply immediately in daily life. Through that, people not only grasp and effectively exploit the achievements of science and technology, but also become active participants in the process of innovation and digital transformation, contributing to building Song Cau Ward to develop more sustainably and modernly.

At the launching ceremony, the Decision to establish a Steering Committee on science, technology, innovation, digital transformation, and the Decision to establish community digital technology groups in Song Cau ward were approved and handed over, and the specific targets set out for the "Digital Education for All" Movement in the ward were approved. Representatives of the Commune Police and VNPT disseminated digital skills and software applications to delegates and attendees to implement the activities of the "Digital Education for All" movement and the "Digital Education for All" week in the ward.

At the end of the ceremony, the forces: Police, militia and youth union members participated in a parade to propagate the movement "Digital Education for All" and the week "Digital Education for All" on the main roads in the ward to spread and raise people's awareness of the role and benefits of the movement.
