On Saturday morning, August 9th, at exactly 8:00 AM, the leaders and staff of the Tan Thanh Ward Public Administrative Service Center were present at the Cultural House of Hamlet 23 (formerly Hamlet 2, Ward 6) to directly receive and process administrative procedures for residents of Hamlets 15, 16, 17, 22, and 23.

The procedures mainly focus on three high-demand areas: social welfare (social retirement benefits for people aged 75 and over, disability assessment, social assistance, funeral expense support, etc.), justice (issuing copies of civil registry extracts, signature authentication, authentication of copies from original documents), and social insurance (reissuing health insurance cards due to damage, loss, or information correction, registering for compulsory social insurance for individual business households).
