Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam Ward completed over 81% of the budget collection plan.

HNP - On October 8, the Executive Committee of the Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam Ward Party Committee, term I, 2025-2030, held the first Conference to discuss and approve many important contents, in order to concretize and deploy the goals, targets and tasks set out by the First Ward Party Congress.

Promoting the spirit of responsibility, democracy, intelligence, and concentration, the Conference unanimously approved important projects and work programs for the 2025-2030 term, including: Inspection and supervision program for the entire term; Work program for the entire term of the Executive Committee and Standing Committee; Action program to implement the Resolution of the 1st Ward Party Congress; Personnel plan for key positions of the 1st Party Committee.

The report at the Conference showed that in the third quarter and the first months of operating the two-level local government model, the Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee of Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam ward were proactive and flexible in leading and directing all aspects of work, ensuring smoothness, stability and efficiency. The ward led and directed the successful organization of the Party Congress, the Congress of the Fatherland Front and socio- political organizations, contributing to consolidating the great national unity bloc and enhancing people's trust in the Party and local government.

Urban management, construction order and environmental sanitation continued to be focused on; political security and social order and safety were maintained stably. Total state budget revenue in the area reached 20,863 billion VND, equivalent to 81.8% of the assigned plan. Social security activities, care for policy families and people with meritorious services continued to be focused on, implemented synchronously and effectively, contributing to strengthening the close relationship between the Party, the government and the people.

Concluding the Conference, Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam Ward, Do Trong Nam, acknowledged and commended the sense of responsibility, solidarity and creativity of the Executive Committee and organizations in the ward's political system. He requested the Executive Committee to focus on implementing 5 key tasks, emphasizing the promotion of information technology application and digital transformation in the operations of agencies and units; synchronously deploy tasks in the spirit of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation, in order to improve management and operation efficiency.

The ward Party Secretary emphasized that it is necessary to carefully prepare for the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term, ensuring compliance with regulations, democracy and objectivity. In addition, it is necessary to continue paying attention to Party building work, building a clean and strong political system; promoting the pioneering and exemplary spirit of cadres and party members, especially leaders.

In the coming time, the Party Committee of Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam ward aims to complete and strive to exceed the 2025 budget revenue target, while speeding up the progress of key projects in the area.

Ward Party Secretary Do Trong Nam also requested Party committees and organizations at all levels to urgently organize the dissemination of the Resolution of the 1st Ward Party Congress, concretize it with programs and work plans suitable to the local situation; promote the spirit of solidarity, unity, and determination to bring the Resolution into life, creating new momentum for the ward's development in the 2025-2030 period.
