The report at the conference stated: The proportion of union members and association members in the entire Corps accounts for more than 75% of the military and is the core force, directly carrying out the unit's key political tasks.
Since its establishment, the work of the Youth Union and the Association has undergone comprehensive changes, achieving many outstanding results. The work of educating and training union members has been innovated in both content and form; youth and women's movements have closely followed political tasks, gradually going into depth and becoming more and more practical.

Many models, programs and campaigns have been effectively implemented such as: supporting the construction of 3 "100 Dong Houses" worth 240 million VND; the model "Saving on spending for tomorrow's career" with the savings of youth union members reaching 22.3 billion VND; the model "Bowl of water on the training ground" accompanying officers and soldiers in training...
The work of building strong Youth Union and Association organizations and participating in Party building has been increasingly comprehensive. Youth Union and Association organizations have introduced outstanding people to join the Party, exceeding the resolution targets; coordination and twinning activities with local youth unions and women's unions have been expanded and maintained effectively, contributing to strengthening solidarity and cohesion between the army and the people, spreading the image of "Uncle Ho's soldiers".
With the achieved results, 50 collectives and 85 individuals were commended by the General Department of Politics, Central Youth Union, Central Vietnam Women's Union and the Corps Command.

The conference discussed and agreed on targets, tasks, and breakthroughs in women's work, women's movements, Youth Union work, and youth movements for the 2025-2030 period. At the same time, comments were given on the draft Report to be submitted to the 11th Congress of Delegates of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Army and the draft Report to be submitted to the 8th Congress of Delegates of Women in the Army.
On behalf of the Party Committee Standing Committee and the Corps Command, Major General Nguyen Tran Long acknowledged and commended the achievements of mass organizations in recent times. The Major General requested that the Youth Union and Association organizations continue to innovate strongly to meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
Leaders and commanders at all levels need to further strengthen leadership and direction; pay attention to building strong Youth Union and Association organizations in terms of politics, ideology and organization; quickly concretize and deploy solutions to successfully implement resolutions of Party committees at all levels and the Action Program of the conference.
Focus on doing well the work of political and ideological education, fostering revolutionary ideals, building motivations, striving goals, and training for union members; strengthen the organization of activities to foster life skills, equip them with ways to behave and handle situations in work, training, family, and social relationships.
Youth Union and association organizations need to further expand their solidarity, closeness and coordination with local Youth Union and association organizations. In particular, delegates attending the conference must uphold exemplary behavior, closely follow the grassroots, listen to the aspirations of union members and be the core force in putting the spirit of the conference into practice.

The conference also announced the decision to appoint a delegation of 18 comrades to attend the 11th Congress of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Army and a delegation of 5 comrades to attend the 8th Congress of Women's Union of the Army.

On this occasion, the 34th Corps Command awarded certificates of merit to 11 collectives and 29 individuals with outstanding achievements in mass work.
