Having a stable job, improving quality of life
In order to successfully achieve the goals of job creation, from the beginning of 2025, the implementation of solutions to create jobs for workers has always been of interest to all levels and sectors in the province. Currently, sectors, authorities and localities have closely coordinated to review the needs of workers to organize job fairs, connecting workers with businesses inside and outside the province.

Mr. Chang Mi Tua, Can Ty commune said: Through the job fair organized in the province, he was able to find a suitable job at a unit of the Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Group with an income of over 20 million VND/month. Although the job is far from home, it brings in a high income, he can send money back to help his family invest in economic development and provide for his children's education.
Also finding a job when participating in the online job fair, Ms. Tran Thi Phuong, Binh Thuan ward, did not need to come directly but through the online transaction channel organized by the Provincial Employment Service Center, she was able to find a job at a garment company in the province with an average income of more than 6 million VND/month. Ms. Phuong said: The monthly income is not high, but working near home, she still has the conditions to take care of her children, both husband and wife work for the company, so the monthly income is stable, the quality of life is increasingly improved.
Continue to deploy many synchronous solutions
The innovation of job consulting and introduction, organizing direct, online and online job fairs has contributed to improving efficiency, helping workers connect with businesses to choose suitable jobs. Along with that, at vocational training institutions in the province, improving the quality of training has been focused on to meet the needs of employers and link with social needs. Many occupations with high employment rates, which are in need of society, have expanded enrollment, and vocational training institutions are also committed to training associated with job consulting and introduction.
Mr. Tran Nhu Thanh, Director of the Center for Admissions, Linkages, Services and Job Introduction of Tuyen Quang Technical and Technology Vocational College said: “The school is committed to training and job placement for students after graduation. Students are consulted and introduced to jobs by businesses at school. According to the school’s survey, the rate of immediate employment is over 95%.”
According to the Department of Home Affairs, in the first 6 months of 2025, the whole province created new jobs for over 29,400 workers, reaching over 70% of the annual plan. Of which: 13,968 workers were created in economic sectors in the province; 14,718 workers went to work in provinces and cities in the country; 727 workers went to work abroad under contracts. The goal for 2025 is for the whole province to create new jobs for 42,000 workers. This is an important goal to contribute to increasing the employment rate, increasing income and promoting socio-economic development in the province, contributing to the successful implementation of the goals and resolutions of the Party and State in the field of labor and employment.
