Urgently propose a plan to reorganize public service units in Dong Nai

Accordingly, for public service units under the Provincial People's Committee: Propose plans to merge and consolidate with units with similar functions and tasks; propose plans to improve the internal organization of the unit to ensure streamlining and efficiency.

For departments and branches: Propose to consolidate and arrange affiliated public service units to ensure streamlining, improve the level of autonomy and socialization of public service units according to Plan No. 130/KH-BCĐTKNQ18, dated September 21, 2025 of the Government Steering Committee.

For the Department of Health: Review and propose an organizational model for affiliated public service units, ensuring streamlining and meeting the requirements of human resources in the health sector as well as current medical examination and treatment work; propose an organizational structure model and plan to establish commune-level health stations, the number of corresponding stations and a plan to arrange human resources to establish health stations.

For the Department of Education and Training: Propose plans to arrange and streamline the organizational structure of high school education and training units; propose principles, orientations and plans to arrange public secondary schools, primary schools and kindergartens, especially merging and consolidating schools of the same level with short distances between units. Propose to arrange vocational training facilities to ensure streamlining and concentration of resources to perform tasks.

For the Department of Construction and the Department of Agriculture and Environment: In addition to proposing plans to arrange and consolidate affiliated public service units, it is recommended to propose plans to arrange and consolidate Project Management Boards and Land Fund Development Centers at all levels to ensure synchronization and consistency between the organizational model of Project Management Boards, Land Fund Development Centers and the land registration office system.

For the People's Committees at the commune level: Review, compile statistics, and propose plans to merge and consolidate schools of the same or different levels with a short distance between the two schools to facilitate students' travel to and from school when merging commune-level administrative units...

To ensure the progress of advising the Provincial People's Committee to report to the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Department of Home Affairs requests heads of units and localities to urgently review and advise on plans to arrange public service units under their management authority to ensure compliance with the goals and directions of the Central Government and the Ministry of Home Affairs. At the same time, report and propose plans for arrangement and update data to the Department of Home Affairs on September 23 for synthesis.
