Thanh Xuan District focuses on clearing the land for the Dong Thay Mound relic restoration project

Chairman of Thanh Xuan District People's Committee Vo Dang Dung said that as of May 9, 2025, state budget revenue in the district reached more than 4,345 billion VND, reaching over 65% of the city's assigned estimate; budget expenditure reached 730 billion VND (reaching 52.11%), disbursement of public investment capital reached 52.47%.

Notably, from the beginning of 2025 to now, the district has newly issued and renewed 1,040 business registration certificates, an increase of nearly 74% over the same period last year - showing the vitality of the investment and business environment in the area.

The district has also focused on reviewing and removing difficulties and obstacles in the work of granting certificates of land use rights, house ownership rights and other assets attached to land to households and individuals in the area; proactively following up and coordinating with city departments and branches to seek opinions to remove obstacles.

In May 2025, in addition to implementing solutions and measures to collect the budget, the district's key task will focus on prioritizing the development of urban transport infrastructure, focusing on investing in the construction of renovation and expansion projects according to the planning of Nguyen Tuan Street; investing in new construction, renovation, upgrading, and completion of the road, alley, and lane system...

In particular, in May, the district will focus on implementing the site clearance for the project to renovate and embellish the Dong Thay mound historical relic according to plan. At the same time, continue to focus on directing the implementation of the "Project to renovate and rebuild old apartment buildings in Hanoi"; continue to take action to handle violations of urban order, encroachment on sidewalks and roads causing traffic obstruction, advertising, illegal dumping of waste, loss of urban beauty, etc.
