At the conference, the Central Military Commission reviewed and approved the Report on the results of emulation and reward work and the Emulation Movement for Victory in the first 6 months of the year, directions and tasks for the last 6 months of 2025; Report on the results of financial work implementation according to the Central Military Commission's Leadership Regulations; Report on the results of some work contents resolved by the Central Military Commission Standing Committee from January to June 2025.

General Phan Van Giang chaired the Central Military Commission meeting on the afternoon of June 19.

After listening to the report and comments at the conference, General Phan Van Giang emphasized that, implementing the direction of General Secretary To Lam , Secretary of the Central Military Commission, and the opinions of Party and State leaders at this morning's meeting, the entire army continues to thoroughly grasp and strictly implement the Party's directives and resolutions, the State's policies and laws, firmly uphold principles, closely follow reality, unite, unify, resolutely and effectively carry out breakthroughs, and successfully and excellently complete the assigned tasks.

Focus on improving research capacity, strategic forecasting, correctly assessing the situation, advising the Party and the State on planning military and defense policies and strategies to meet the task of protecting the Fatherland; promptly and successfully handling situations, avoiding being passive or surprised. Strictly maintain combat readiness, closely manage airspace, sea, border, and inland areas, firmly protect sovereignty, territory, and marine economic development activities; coordinate to maintain security and order nationwide.

Seriously implement the Project on organizing the military, making the locality lean, compact, and strong, meeting the requirements and tasks in the new situation. Successfully complete the task of holding the parade to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2. Direct the congresses of the subordinate party committees closely and in accordance with regulations; do a good job of preparing and successfully organizing the 12th Military Party Congress, towards the 14th National Party Congress.
