According to the plan, Quang Ngai province aims to strengthen its overseas communication activities by 2030 in a proactive, comprehensive, and unified manner. One of the important milestones is to complete the construction of the province's communication message system and visual identity by 2028 to ensure consistency in promotional activities.
Quang Ngai province hopes to increase the proportion of positive information about Quang Ngai in international media by at least 20%, while minimizing the impact of misinformation.

The highlight of this strategy is the strong application of digital technology and artificial intelligence (AI) in content production and dissemination. Quang Ngai will focus on developing a digital media ecosystem, from digitizing traditional events to boosting promotion on major social media platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
In addition, the content will be diversified through multilingual media stories, including minority languages, to showcase the diversity of local identities and human rights progress.
To realize this goal, the province will mobilize all social resources, especially the participation of businesses, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and the Quang Ngai community abroad in the role of "cultural ambassadors".
Departments and agencies will also coordinate closely to integrate promotional content into foreign affairs events, international trade fairs, and tourism tours connecting local potential.
With thorough and professional preparation, Quang Ngai hopes to build trust and gain clear recognition from the international community, contributing to promoting economic and social development and attracting sustainable investment.
