Quang Nam focuses on resolving projects and works that have been delayed for a long time.

The Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Finance to preside over and coordinate with departments, branches, sectors, units and localities to urgently review thoroughly, synthesize and advise the Provincial People's Committee to report to the Ministry of Planning and Investment; fully report on difficulties, problems and long-standing backlogs to promptly resolve and immediately deploy projects.

At the same time, continue to review and advise the Provincial People's Committee to direct the removal according to its authority or submit to competent authorities for comments on the removal; in which, specifically divide into each group of projects, works (public investment, non-budgetary investment, PPP investment, housing, industry, trade and services...), public assets, groups of problems (progress, land, site clearance, investor capacity, construction unit capacity, construction materials...), groups of competent authorities for handling (district level, provincial level, asking for opinions from the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, asking for opinions from central agencies...).

For surplus, unused or ineffectively used houses and land (public assets), the Provincial People's Committee assigns the Department of Finance to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies, organizations and units to review functions, tasks, management and usage needs to review public assets such as houses and land under management; on that basis, based on regulations to rearrange and handle houses and land.

In particular, in cases where houses and land are not used, used ineffectively, or used for the wrong purpose, it is necessary to promptly decide on handling according to authority or report to competent authorities for decision on handling according to regulations, absolutely not allowing waste or loss of state assets.
