Quang Ngai invites investment in Ban Dam residential area project worth nearly 150 billion VND

(QNgTV)- The Management Board of Dung Quat Economic Zone and Quang Ngai Industrial Parks has just issued a notice inviting bids for the Ban Dam residential area project with a total investment of more than 144 billion VND.

The project is being implemented in Binh Son commune, Quang Ngai province. The goal is to build a new residential area with a synchronous technical and social infrastructure system according to the planning. The project will contribute to meeting the housing needs of people in the area, gradually improving the cultural and spiritual life and creating an architectural appearance for the northern region of Quang Ngai province.

According to the approved planning, the project has a scale of about 10.3 hectares. Of which, the adjacent residential land includes 311 lots with an area of ​​about 40,873 m2; land for social infrastructure works is about 7,524 m2; parking lot is about 3,123 m2; other technical infrastructure land is about 2,180 m2 and traffic land - slope is about 49,300 m2. The expected population is about 1,240 people.

Regarding the investment and management plan, the investor will implement the construction of infrastructure within the project scope according to the approved plan, while ensuring synchronous connection with the external technical infrastructure system. The management and operation of the infrastructure after investment will comply with the approved project content and relevant legal regulations on investment and construction.

The project has a 50-year operating period, from the time the investor is allocated land, leased land or permitted to change land use purpose.

The project implementation progress is divided into phases. 2025 will focus on investment preparation, compensation and site clearance. From the first quarter of 2026 to the fourth quarter of 2028, the investor will complete the construction of technical infrastructure, conduct acceptance, payment and settlement, and simultaneously exploit the land fund. After that, the construction items will be handed over to the local authorities for use.
