The Third Class Labor Medal is a worthy recognition for the tireless contributions of the staff, employees and members of the United People's Credit Fund throughout its operation. After nearly 30 years of establishment and development, the Fund has affirmed its role as a strong microfinance institution, actively contributing to the socio-economic development of the locality, especially supporting people and small businesses to access preferential capital, reduce poverty and build new rural areas.

Immediately after the medal award ceremony, the Annual General Meeting of the United People's Credit Fund took place successfully. The meeting approved the report on business results in 2024 and the direction of activities in 2025.

Accordingly, by the end of 2025, the United People's Credit Fund will have over 3,200 members participating in its activities. Total capital as of December 31, 2024 is over VND 697 billion, an increase of nearly VND 43 billion compared to 2023.
The mobilized turnover in the year was 897.4 billion VND, the mobilized capital was more than 642 billion VND, an increase of 43.7 billion VND; outstanding loans were 561 billion VND, including 943 credit contracts, outstanding loans increased by nearly 36 billion VND compared to 2023, reaching 103% of the 2024 plan.

The members together evaluated the achievements, frankly acknowledged the shortcomings and proposed practical solutions to improve operational efficiency, enhance competitiveness and ensure the sustainable development of the Fund in the coming time.

In 2025, the United People's Credit Fund sets out key tasks and implementation solutions. Specifically, the Fund strives to achieve the following targets: Developing 120 new members; total capital of 718 billion VND, up 3% compared to 2024; charter capital of 13.46 billion VND, up 2% compared to 2024; mobilized capital of 661 billion VND, up 3% compared to 2024; outstanding loans of 578 billion VND, up 3% compared to 2024...
